Chronic diarrhea with acute onset bloody diarrhea. Blood work unremarkable other than mildly low albumin at 2.4. Cortisol WNL. Primary ultrasound finding were the small bowel changes noted in the attached images. I realized biopsy is the needed, but would you say the images suggest lymphangectasia (mild stippling of mucosal layer)? Possible concurrent inflammatory bowel disease given some loops showing mild thickening of the muscularis layer?

Differentials would be
Differentials would be primary lymphangectasia (unusual in this breed), inflammtory bowel disease, dietary hypersensitivity, and parasitic enteritis (protozoa and helminths). Ideally needs a biopsy.
