vomiting decreased appetite, elevated ALT 734, ALP 1037 and mild GGT elevation, C PLI was normal; past history of elevated liver enzymes that resolved with medical treatment, bloodwork done about six months ago showed mild elevating liver enzymes; clinically pet is improving
yes the mucocele with a flattened appearance at the neck and all that ill defined fat in the portal hilus I would explore expecting inflamed to ruptured mucocele. May stabilize but have a probe on this dog every 12-24 hours. Usually they are best to cut after 12-24 hours therapy and coag. plasma, vit k…
