I am seeing highly echogenic, strongly shadowing material in the stomach and pylorus highly suggestive of a foreign body. Some of the echogenic density is hard to separate from the mucosal surface of the gastric wall. Just wondering if anyone thinks that there is gastric wall pathology? Rest of abdomen was essentially normal.
