11 year old FN SBT presented with GI signs, hx pancreatitis
Pleural effusion, abdominal effusion, long segment of thickened LI with loss of layering, round hypoechoic enlarged lymph nodes
Pancreas was small and hyperechoic, adrenal glands were normal
Also a very strange area mid abdomen which I think is enlarged lymph nodes with surrounding steatitis but I have never seen this picture before. Is this lymph node which is different to the other enlarged lymph nodes?
Lymphoma or carcinoma?
