Scanned today but swelling had decreased as was on antibiotics again – only small pocket of fluid with hyperechoic area within – do you think this is a foreign body or just some soft tissue?
I aspirated the small amount of fluid which was blood tinged fluid

I would drain that fluid
I would drain that fluid filled region fully us guided and cytology the tissue in the near field to be sure its just granulomatous and not neoplastic. May need to place a drain. I dont see a fb & the pattern suggests cellulitis.
