Intestinal mass which appears to be at the ICCJ, how would you describe this?
Also very nodular area caudal to the stomach, is this pancreas or just omentum?
Most likely carcinomatosis?

An intestinal mass has a serpentine infiltrative pattern with annular obstructive behavior. Regional omental nodules and multifocal lymphadenopathy with abundant free fluid strongly suggestive for lymphomatosis/carcinomatosis or other diffuse neoplastic process.
