13 year old JRT with chronic vomiting, mild weight loss.
I am concerned about a portion of the stomach wall where there appears to be thickening with loss of layering, gas entrapment? The gastric lymph node was also mildly enlarged.
Does this appear to be neoplasia, inflammation, ulcer?

Subjectively the gastric wall
Subjectively the gastric wall appears thick but i think you are imaging rugae at an oblique angle. I dont see anything with neoplastic criteria here.
Thank you, I will scan again
Thank you, I will scan again in a few weeks to follow up.
