LN mass cat

  • 5 year old cat with vomiting and weight loss
  • Do you think this is severe mesenteric lymph node enlargement, one with necrotic centre?
  • My main query is to whether the intestine is involved (intestinal mass) or just being wrapped around by LN mass?

    Loooks like the LNs are impinging on the sm intestine. I would fna the parenchyma 25 g and tap the cystic portion and culture. Solid potential for chronic lymphadenitis vs lsa or similar or even FIP sometimes pops up in these.
