    Invasive adrenal masses are either carcinomas, functional or non, or pheochromocytomas. All can cause hypertension. Pheos drive high urine catecholamines and carcinomas may or may not cause cushings. So by deduction with the clinical history you can likely narrow it down to one of these three potentials.
