Mindray machine artefact

I am attaching the video of the liver. Whenever I scan liver, I get this. Like you can see in the video, there is kind of a curtain which seems to be arising from the probe and giving an impression that the middle of the liver is hyperechoic. I always get it when I scan liver. Can somone explain how to fix it
