– 10 year old MN Goldidoodle presented for tachycardia, weakness and pale mm

– HCT 56

– pericardial effusion, cardiac tamponade, pleural effusion and ascites on ultrasound

– 300ml non-clotting hemorrhagic fluid removed from pericardial sac

– is this a mass in the right auricle?
