Abdominal lipoma?

  • 12 yo MN GSD presented with pyrexia and decreased appetite
  • Bloods showed x10 upper limit amylase and lipase
  • Spleen has multiple hyperechoic masses (suspect myelolipoma), pancreas does not look too inflammed, maybe the body is enlarged? There were mildly enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes
  • There is a hyperechoic mass adjacent to the spleen, is this a lipoma?
