What is this mass structure please?
It is caudal to right kidney in contact with right abdominal wall, I have also included ileocolic junction

Is there a history of abdominal surgery, if so it could be a swab.
The dog was spayed 6 years
The dog was spayed 6 years ago and the cytology came back a moderate granulomatous inflammation so I guess it is most likely a swab. Thank you for your help!
