On review of the abdominal images the cranial pole of the right adrenal looks rounded. I don’t have any good video clips of this region
Does this look a mass from the still?

Thats apretty big cranial
Thats apretty big cranial pole with minor capsular expansion without escape or vascular invasion at least not on the still but be sure to have lots of solid angles on that cranial pole and phrenic vein. Check a BP and urine catecholamine for pheo.
