  • 10 year old cat with ascites
  • Intestinal mass which appears to be at the ICCJ, how would you describe this?
  • Also very nodular area caudal to the stomach, is this pancreas or just omentum?
  • Most likely carcinomatosis?

    An intestinal mass has a serpentine infiltrative pattern with annular obstructive behavior. Regional omental nodules and multifocal lymphadenopathy with abundant free fluid strongly suggestive for lymphomatosis/carcinomatosis or other diffuse neoplastic process.
