A 12-year-old SF Schnauzer that had been treated for pancreatitis was presented for ongoing inappetence and vomiting. Abnormalities on serum biochemistry were azotemia and elevated amylase and lipase. Survey abdominal radiographs showed decreased abdominal detail.

Ureteral stone obstruction in an 8 year old FS DSH
An 8-year-old SF DSH was presented for evaluation of anorexia for 3 days and lethargy for approximately 1 week. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were anemia, leukocytosis, and azotemia. On survey radiographs, hydronephrosis with ureteroliths was evident.

Pancreatic lymphoma confirmed with cytology in a 10 year old MN DSH cat
A 10-year-old MN DSH was presented for evaluation of decreased appetite and lethargy. Abdominal effusion was present on physical examination. Serum biochemistry showed azotemia.

Left adrenal mass and left liver mass in a 12 year old MN DLH cat
A 12-year-old NM DLH was presented for evaluation of one-month duration of hiding in strange places, inappropriate urination, and PuPD. Congenital Addison’s disease in a 5 month old M English Springer Spaniel
History: A 5-month-old male English springer spaniel was presented for evaluation of acute onset diarrhea and vomiting. On physical examination lethargy, dehydration, hypothermia, and bradycardia was present. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were mild lymphocytosis and mild eosinophilia, azotemia, hyperphosphatemia, hypercalcemia, hyponatremia and hypokalemia. Urinalysis showed SG of SG-1.015, proteinuria, and glycosuria.

CT – Discospondylitis with vertebral canal stenosis and possible related ocular disorder in a 6 year old MN German Shepherd dog
This 6 year old MN German Shepherd dog was diagnosed with hyphema, glaucoma and ocular trauma OD 3 week prior. Presented 2 days ago for ataxia and disorientation; CP deficits noted pelvic limbs. Chem: pre-renal azotemia.

Abscessing malignant neoplasia of the left maxilla with multifocal aggressive osteolysis in a 16 year old MN DSH cat
This 16 year old MN DSH cat presented with a non-resolving abscess on the left cheek of 6 weeks duration. Has been lanced and drained externally as well as it draining behind the upper rear molar. Moderate azotemia.

Chronic interstitial nephrosis with hepatic lipidosis in a 15 year old MN DSH cat with controlled diabetes
A 15-year-old MN DSH that had been diagnosed with diabetes and renal disease was presented for evaluation. Current therapy was glargine BID. The only abnormality on serum biochemistry was azotemia (creatinine 2.5, BUN 21). Glucose was within reference range (glucose122).
