  • Adrenal masses

    14 year old MN Shih Tzu with abdominal pain and weight loss. Nodular liver, mineralised/old age kidneys and enlarged adrenal glands. Do you think this is most likely adenocarcinoma? Does this occur bilaterally? Is there vascular invasion? No clinical signs consistent with phaeochromocytoma and apparently not with cushings.

    Just wanted to share this gem of a case with everyone.  Correlative imaging between US and MRI of a 4 year old mixed breed dog presented with proprioceptive deficits of his right hind. Took biopsies of the altered sciatic nerve, returned as neuritis.
