The body of the pancreas is severely inflammed and there is dilation of the common bile duct
My query is regarding the duodenum; do you think this wall is abnormal secondary to pancreatitis or primary wall thickening with surrounding reactivity?
With the history and blood work would say that the duodenal changes are secondary to the pancreatithis. Treat that first and then re-assess Also as the bile duct is dilating there is good chance that complete obstruction can occur.

Agree with remo. Watch that LN as well (coming in at 1 cm depth upper right video 1) and fna the duodenal wall and LN if getting worse.
