Insulinoma in a cat

– Middle aged cat with presented with seizure and hypoglycaemia few months duration.

– Pancreatic mass distal right limb pancreas, could not see any mets at the time.

– Excisional biopsy: insulinoma/carcinoma, not clear margins.

– Clinical signs and hypoglycaemia resolved post surgery but now blood glucose dropping after a month despite steroids.

– Anyone have experience of medical management of insulinoma in a cat?
