Spike is a 2-year-old male neutered BSH presented with the complain of urethral obstruction. The referring vet catheterised the cat and removed the obstruction. Cystoliths were identified and the referring vet did cystotomy to remove the cystoliths. But the cat is still having hematuria and whenever bladder is flushed, small pieces of tissue were removed. On US, a heterogenous structure was identified, which showed some blood flow on power doppler. This structure was not present when cystotomy was done and can be seen right on the suture line. Cannot be a blood clot also as on flusing the bladder, solid particles of tissue can be seen. Can it be a polypoid cystitis?. The cat is too young to have bladder neoplasia and no other differential fits this presentation

Looks pedunculated, may be polyp or fibroma or fibrosarcoma vs TCC but most of those are old cat diseases though. I would resect it but double check to ensure to put a probe on it right before surgery to be sure its not a really organized blood clot as im not seeing solid doppler signals.
When was the surgery and bladder flushed and is the urinary catheter still in place? as it could be a hematoma. Also if you are getting pieces of tissue out with flushing submit for histopathology.
