    This looks lioek a combination of interstitial nephrosis and cortical infarcts wiht a medullary rim… mixed bag with subcapsular fluid pockets. Any chance for antifreeze or lepto? Maybe just secondary to vasculitis from parvo? Would need a bx

    Would also considered acute kidney injury from endotoxins and bacterial nephritis secondary to hematogenous spread.
