Kidneys

  • Same dog as below – 13 year old MN spaniel with cardiac mass/thrombus and splenic thrombus
  • Do you think these kidneys are dysplastic or infarcted?
  • How would you describe the liver parenchyma?
  • Thank you

  1. Renal changes – infacrtion

Renal changes – infacrtion and most likley form the heart mass/thrombosis.

Liver – diffuse increased echoegenic appearance, which is a non-specific change.
