Presented with haematemesis and intermittent vomiting over past few weeks
Large liver cysts – how do you differentiate cyst from cystadenoma from cystadenocarcinoma and significance?
Kidneys showed chronic change – cortical collapse, infarcts, mineralisation so may be a factor along with nsaids
Mild mesenteric lymphadenopathy present so may have GI inflammation

Strange fluid filled structure adjacent to urethra that seemed to connect to bladder neck, no blood flow on colour doppler, what is this please?

vidoe one looks like uterine
vidoe one looks like uterine stump that has fluid in it but not inflamed. Can’t be sure though but its the only thing that lives there.
The way i diff cystadenoma from liver cysts as the prior is multichambered in older cats and the latter is typically single chambered. I think this one is a large cystadenoma.
