Looks like an ecapsulated Looks like an ecapsulated cystic hepatic neoplasia – can try non-invasive Tru-Cut biopsy but if non-diagnostic or need wedge biopsy then would go ahead and remove the liver lobe. Just need to ensure that there are no obvious thoracic mets. Log in to Reply
