This patient has blood work and clinical signs compatible with an insulinoma.
The images are from the right intercostal space and suspect this could be the
culprit though no Fna’s have been done.
Any thoughts?

that fits…fna to confirm and hi res scour the liver for anything that could be a met … mesenteric LN as well as 50% or so already have metted if i remmmember the literature correctly.
