These are ultrasound images from an ultrasound she recently had done. Juan had a history of pancreatitis.
I was wondering if I can get some feedback on this R adrenal. The L adrenal looked normal and measured
0.51 cm at the caudal pole. I did not do this study.

Its a bit large and mildly
Its a bit large and mildly irregular but encapsulated… good thing is that no pericapsular inflammation is present. Worth a serial blood pressure and rescan in 2 weeks to see if any growth. Hyperplasia likely… pheo maybe, adenoc less likley.
