retroperotineal fluid?


this is a 7 yr old boxer with acute onset of pu. blood seen by owner in urine. urinanalysis active sediment–infection. vomiting and lethargic. snap4dx neg cbc , chem wnl  alittle discomfort  on palp of right kidney. looking with probe i’m curious ,I think I have some retroperotinealfluid the area encircling kidney appears abnormal. nsf otherwise in abdomen. Am I making too much of this or is it real??Thanks

    Do these images look good to you?

    To me your images seem a bit “grainy”. You could probably get a good look at the kindeys with a bit higher frequency and possibly play with the presets to get a bit better image. I guess in the end it is in the eye of the reader.
