Vomiting/Loss of appetite

Boots is an 11 1/2 year old M/N tabby that has a 1 week history of vomiting and loss of appetite.

No history of FB ingestion. Mild pain upon abdominal palpation. Labs pending.

I was wondering if I can get some feedback on the abdominal x-rays and 2 cine loops of the stomach.

Per owner did eat a few kibbles earlier in the day.

Thanks

  1. Labs came back normal except

Labs came back normal except for a grossly elevated Cratine Kinase.

Because the labs are normal I suspect we are dealing with a primary GI issue.

  2. Looks like partially digested

Looks like partially digested kibble and gastric fluid but not obstructive. Check for pancreatitis or enteritis with reactive mesentery or something else going on if not just gastritis.
