Hi Eric, I defenitely beleive that mastery in the area is important (which the learning process never ends), however I have also find that good service is the clue, The availability to book the studies, always arrive on time, and if running late let them know, thorough reports that are sent on time, are some of the points that my clients has mentioned to me, of why they call me instead of someone else.
