A 12 year old FS DSH cat was presented for straining while using bathroom when defecating, lethargy and decreased appetite. On abdominal radiographs feces obscured in the colon but no obstacle observed. A circular object was observed above colon.

Colonic obstipation in a 7 year old MN DSH cat
A 7-year-old MN DSH cat was presented for intermittent vomiting typified by vomiting 2-3 times a week. The patient also had a history of constipation. This 11-year-old FS Seal Point Siamese cat was presented for dyschezia. The physical exam revealed palpable stool impaction and a ropey intestine. The CBC and blood chemistry analysis were normal.
